Peanut Butter Smoothie

 

One of my favorite smoothies is a Peanut Butter Smoothie!!! Its simple to make, gives me a burst of energy and taste delicious. Try it for yourself….here is how I made it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 spoonful Almond Butter (I use Trader Joes)
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or any milk product you like)
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Hemp Protein Powder
  • 2-3 Dates
  • 1 Frozen Banana

CombineĀ all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth
