One of my favorite smoothies is a Peanut Butter Smoothie!!! Its simple to make, gives me a burst of energy and taste delicious. Try it for yourself….here is how I made it.
- 1 spoonful Almond Butter (I use Trader Joes)
- 1 cup Almond Milk (or any milk product you like)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Hemp Protein Powder
- 2-3 Dates
- 1 Frozen Banana
Combine all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth
